Studio " Le Perchoir "
"Le Perchoir" is a small studio of 35 m3. It has a kitchen-living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
It is located above our Relais "La Pénardière". The main entrance of both accommodations is in the shared barn.
It is very minimally furnished and offers a special ambience.
The studio is fully heated with a wood stove.
Free wifi is available.
Le "Perchoir" is an ideal accommodation for short stays, e.g. for hikers, cyclists, horseback riders....
If you want to spend your holiday with several people, it is possible to book our "Relais la Pénardière" and/or our gîte "Au bon vieux temps" at the same time for a longer period. In this case, each party has its own living area, but can share the garden.

The Bathroom
The bathroom is located next to the kitchen.
It is equipped with a corner bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.

« Le Perchoir » has a barn (former stable), part of which is concreted.
